STRUCTURED WIRING

Wired right,
before the walls close.

Telephone, cable and data wiring, planned and installed before the walls close.

The prewire of all structured wiring throughout the residence. Home run all low-voltage cabling to the designated equipment closet where the network and structured wiring system will be located. Run wiring to all designated locations for data, audio, video, security, cameras, Wi-Fi, access control, and home automation systems. Install mud rings and nail guards as required throughout the residence. All wiring will be installed in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.

How it fits
the home.

Wiring is cheapest and cleanest while the walls are open. We walk the plans with the builder and the electrician so every run is in before drywall.

Useful
questions.

When should the pre-wire happen?

After framing and before insulation and drywall, alongside the electrical rough-in.

What should we run if we are unsure?

More than you think you need: data to every television and desk, and conduit to the places that are hard to reach later.

Do you handle existing homes?

Yes. We plan routes through attics, crawl spaces and closets and keep patching to a minimum.
