PROCESS

From first conversation
to everyday living.

One team for everything electronic in the home, so you are not coordinating several companies to make one system work.

01

Consultation

Every project starts with a conversation: what you want to be able to do, which rooms matter, how the household lives, and the budget the project should fit. On site or over the plans, we look at the construction, the existing equipment and the opportunities.

You leave the consultation with a clear proposal: the systems we recommend, how they fit together, and what each stage will involve.

02

Design & Documentation

Good integration is designed, not improvised. We produce the equipment list, the wiring plan, rack layouts, keypad engraving and the scene definitions, and we coordinate them with your architect, designer, builder and electrician.

Much of this work is never seen in the finished house, and all of it decides whether the system is simple to use and easy to support for years.

03

Installation

In new construction we pre-wire alongside the electrician and the other trades, then return at trim-out to fit speakers, keypads, cameras, shades and displays to the wiring already in the walls. In an existing home we plan routes and schedule the work to keep disruption low.

The rack is built and labelled, the system is programmed to the scenes we designed together, and every room is tested before we hand it over.

04

Service & Maintenance

At completion we walk the household through the system, room by room, and come back after the first weeks to adjust scenes and levels to the way you actually use the house.

After that, support and maintenance arrangements are agreed for each project: we know the equipment we installed, and we keep it working, updated and ready for whatever comes next.

Precision behind
every system.

Organized wiring
Labelled, routed and documented, so the system can be supported for years.
Considered equipment placement
Racks, projectors and speakers placed where they work and disappear.
Coordination with architects and trades
Technology planned into the drawings and the schedule, not around them.
Programming and testing
Scenes configured for the household, then tested room by room.
Clear homeowner instruction
A walkthrough at completion and adjustments after the first weeks of living with it.
