HOME AUTOMATION
One interface.
Every system.
Lighting, shades, climate, music, video, cameras and locks, together in one Control4 interface.
Home automation ties the separate systems of a house into one. We install Control4: lighting, shades, climate, music, video, cameras and locks answer to a keypad, a touch panel, a remote or your phone, whether you are in the room or across the country.

What the work
includes.
- Scenes for your routine
- An Away scene that turns the house off. A Good Night scene that locks up, lowers the shades and dims the lights. A Party scene that brings music to every room.
- Lighting control
- Engraved keypads with the levels a room actually needs, schedules that follow sunset, and a whole-house Off.
- Shade control
- Motorized shades that open with the morning, close against the glare and lower for the movie.
- Keypads, touch panels and the app
- A few buttons where the room is used, a touch panel where you want the full picture, and the same control from your phone anywhere.
- Climate, voice and energy
- Thermostats on a schedule, voice control where the household wants it, nothing left on by mistake.
- Reliable by design
- Wired where it matters, documented, and built so a switch still works as a switch.
THE EXPERIENCE
One room.
Every possibility.

Tap a scene
Lighting warmed. Music on in the living room.
One Control4 scene moves the shades, the lighting and the screen together. Available features depend on project scope.

How it fits
the home.
We plan the system around the household, not the catalog: which rooms, which routines, who uses what. The result is a handful of scenes people actually use, with the complexity kept behind the wall.

Useful
questions.
Will it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Control runs on the home network; the internet is only needed for remote access and voice services.
Can it be added to an existing home?
Yes. Wireless lighting, shades and audio make retrofits practical. We tell you plainly what needs wire.
How many interfaces will we have?
As few as possible: a keypad in each main room, one or two touch panels, a remote in the media room, and your phone.
